The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the F.I.R., it is stated by the informant that the dead body of an eight years old girl was recovered from a sack under the bridge.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Rajeev Kumar Singh made before police. He was merely an employee and has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 8.4.2020. The co-accused whose orders are Annexure-2 series to

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year 3 months and charge having been framed in the learned court below, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.3715 of 2020 arising out of Motipur P.S. Case no.37 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II, West, Muzaffarpur.
