Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5545 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed them to surrender and furnish the bail bonds before the Court below within six weeks from the date of passing of the order but, due to pandemic of Covid-19 the petitioners could not surrender and furnish the bail bonds within the prescribed period. Hence, prayer has been made to extend

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5582 of 2021(2) dt.22-01-2021 2/2 the time for surrender and furnishing the bail bonds before the Court below.

Accordingly, time to surrender before the Court below and furnish the bail bonds is extended for further four weeks from today and the Court below will accept the bail bonds of the petitioners with same condition as has been mentioned in order dated 03.03.2020.

Accordingly, the order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5545 of 2020 is modified to the above extent and this modification application is disposed of. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
