JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-07-2017 Seeking exception to an order dated 20.3.2017 passed by the writ court in CWJC No. 1807 of 2016. This appeal has been filed under clause 10 of letters patent. The learned writ court has only directed the petitioner to approach the Bihar State Religious Trusts Board, Patna with regard to implementation of the notification no. 1777 dated 4.9.2015. We are informed today by the Board has already taken action in the matter. The District Magistrate, Madhubani has also taken action in accordance with law. That being the position, no further indulgence into the matter is required and the Board is granted liberty to proceed in the
Patna High Court LPA No.687 of 2017 (3) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 matter in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
