This appeal has been filed under clause 10 of letters patent. The learned writ court has only directed the petitioner to approach the Bihar State Religious Trusts Board, Patna with regard to implementation of the notification no. 1777 dated 4.9.2015. We are informed today by the Board has already taken action in the matter. The District Magistrate, Madhubani has also taken action in accordance with law. That being the position, no further indulgence into the matter is required and the Board is granted liberty to proceed in the
