2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, some unknown miscreants snatched Rs. 1,21000/- from the possession of the informant when he was returning from the Bank along with one Ashu Gupta. The miscreants also assaulted Ashu Gupta with butt of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a person of clean antecedent. He was not arrested at the spot.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58665 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 Nothing was recovered from his possession and except his confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission of the learned counsel is that the petitioner also runs a CSC and in relation to his work he has to go to Bank frequently. He is under custody since 19.06.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that in his confessional statement the petitioner did not disclose the reason as to why he was present at the Bank.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedents of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
