The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the two accused persons on a motorcycle with their faces covered are stated to have snatched Rs.1.07 lacs besides other articles as mentioned in the FIR from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.2.2022 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.39024 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. The petitioner has remained in custody since 29.1.2021.

No.53365 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 23.2.2022 and the period in custody of the petitioner, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case no. 138 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.
