The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner along with Sanjay Das came at the door of informant with Tangi. Petitioner gave tangi blow on the head of informant. Co-accused Ajay Das assaulted on the head of informant's wife by means of Gadasa. When daughter-in-law of the informant came to rescue, petitioner pushed her on the ground and santched gold chain from her neck and also disrobed her.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63521 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 implicated in this case. Both parties are close relative and due to land dispute between the parties this false case has been lodged. Moreover, injuries attributed to this petitioner have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
