2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 306 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 01.09.2019 at about 9.15 PM, the daughter of informant eloped with this petitioner, however; anyhow, the informant reached there and brought back his daughter in the next morning. It is alleged that on 3:00 PM on 02.09.2019, the informant saw that his daughter was hanging through ceiling fan. Informant suspects that this petitioner has instigated informant's daughter to commit suicide.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that save & except suspicion, there is no other material against this petitioner to show to his involvement in the alleged occurrence. There is no allegation that there was any active or direct act leading the deceased to commit suicide. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 619 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
