JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 10 liters country made liquor, 10 liters fermented Chhowa and other apparatus are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 21.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Case No. CI 299 of 2016.
