Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full honour and dignity.
