Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. was lodged on information that someone has committed the murder of the brother of the informant by causing firearm injury. The informant suspected that the holder of the referred mobiles from which call was coming on the mobile of his brother, must have committed the murder. Submission is that one of the mobile is of the petitioner's father, who is already hospitalized. Petitioner is already selected for Railway Protection Force. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Just to harass, he has been falsely

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Sadar Police Station Case No.299 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
