The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 48/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364, 302, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The informant got information that his daughter was lying unconscious in the house of Bittu Sah son of Ravindra Sah. He went there and saw the dead body of his daughter. The petitioner is one of the sons of Ravindra Sah. It is submitted that the victim was in love with Bittu Sah and when Bittu Sah refused to solemnize marriage, the victim came and died in the house of the petitioner. There is no evidence
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44255 of 2015 (4) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 against him.
Considering the facts that the deceased was found lying dead in the house of the petitioner and prayer for anticipatory bail of the mother of the petitioner has already been rejected, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
