The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 555 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are the father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased respectively. There is no specific accusation against them. In fact, the entire accusation is directed against the husband of the deceased. The petitioners

No.11257 of 2021(6) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 have separate mess and residence from the husband of the deceased and they have been made accused in this case only because they are related to the husband of the deceased. The marriage is said to have taken place in the year 2018 but only after concealing the factum of the deceased suffering from tuberculosis from before. The deceased had been in regular treatment of doctors ever since her marriage in the family.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 555 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
