The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S.Case No.78 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 376, 372, 373 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in making immoral trafficking and there was a racket involving girls in the prostitution.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and allegation is against the other accused persons. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13103 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, and serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
