2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 10 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the boiler of Ranjeet Chaudhary.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his

No.54157 of 2023(2) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge Excise-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P. S. Case No. 561 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
