It appears that vide order dated 14.10.2022, notices were issued to the informant and in the meanwhile, the petitioner was granted provisional bail. Thereafter, the informant entered her appearance through her advocate and on several occasions, the matter was adjourned on the ground of reconciliation meted out between the parties. Today, both the parties have appeared and submitted that the matter could not be resolved through the process of conciliation.

In the changed circumstance, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53830 of 2022(6) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 ready to make payment of Rs. 8,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the informant commencing from the Month of January, 2023.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has accepted the offer of the petitioner and undertakes to provide bank account details of the informant to the counsel for the petitioner today itself. Petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 8,000/-(Eight thousands) each month without failing, commencing from the month of January, 2023, to the informant. Since the petitioner has agreed to pay Rs. 8,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the informant and the informant also agreed for the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.10.2022 is hereby confirmed.

The aforesaid payment will be subject to any order being passed in matrimonial or maintenance proceeding. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
