JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-08-2017 Vide the order passed on the writ petition the termination order passed against the two petitioners was quashed and they were reinstated to the post of Panchayat Rojgar Sevaks. Since they were not being reinstated that the present contempt application is filed.

A counter affidavit has been filed in the proceeding and at paragraph-5 thereof it is stated that the orders were issued by the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura asking the petitioners to join and accordingly have joined. This fact has not been disputed rather now

Patna High Court MJC No.60 of 2017 dt.16-08-2017 what is submitted by Mr. S.B.K. Mangalam, is that the justifiable dues of the petitioner on reinstatement has not been paid. In the nature of the order passed on the writ petition, the answer present at paragraph-5 and 6 would confirm that it has been complied and in case any grievance has arisen to the petitioner consequent after his joining to the post, the remedy for him would lie by way of representation before the authority concerned who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
