The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mohaniya P.S. Case No. 210/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 328, 307, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while his son was playing on the Darwaja, the petitioners assaulted her son and when the informant and her husband went to save, the petitioners also assaulted them with fists, slaps and sticks.

It is submitted that no grievous injury was found. The husband of the informant is step-brother of Madan Rai. There is a land dispute between the parties. A title suit is also going on. The

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohaniya P.S. Case No. 210/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
