It is stated by learned Additional Solicitor General, appearing on behalf of the respondents that in the Letters Patent Appeal, which has been preferred against

Patna High Court MJC No.688 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 the order of this Court, dated 24.06.2015, passed in CWJC No. 1562 of 2000 stay has been granted. A copy of the said order has been produced before me.

In view of the fact that stay has been granted, no case of deliberate disobedience of the Court's order is made out.

This contempt application is dismissed.
