Mr. Saroj Kr. Sharma, AC to AAG-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-09-2017 In this application, the petitioner wants mandamus to be issued to the respondents commanding them to reinstate the petitioner in view of the judgment dated 6.10.2009 passed by a Single Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.6575 of 2009 vide Annexure 1. Even though the Single Bench by the aforesaid order, Annexure 1, allowed various writ petitions and granted relief to the employees, but on an L.P.A. being file by the State Government, being L.P.A. No.200 of 2010, a Division Bench of this Court on 24.9.2014 allowed the appeals and set aside the order passed by the learned Writ Court and, therefore, now no further benefit can be granted to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.961 of 2010 dt.21-09-2017 2/2 When the matter was taken up for consideration on 25.6.2013, this Court directed for listing of the matter after L.P.A.No.200 of 2010 is decided and the office report indicates that L.P.A. No.200 of 2010 has been disposed on 24.9.2014. In view of the above, no further indulgence can be made in the matter. This application stands dismissed.
