2. Though the petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondents to make payment of arrear of differential amount of salary of the petitioners in the revised Pay Scale under 5th, 6th and 7th Pay Revision in the same manner as it was allowed to the teaching and non-teaching staffs of the Government Schools together with Dearness Allowance admissible thereon as has been directed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 43 of 2016 and analogous cases, vide order dated 13.08.2019, learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed for disposal of the writ petition at this stage itself by directing the respondent No.5/ The District Education Officer, Madhubani to dispose of the representation dated 05.02.2024 submitted to him by the petitioners.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondents have not objected to the prayer made by the petitioners as above.

4. In view of the above and as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the representation dated 05.02.2024 submitted to the respondent No. 5/ The District Education Officer, Madhubani by the petitioners be disposed of in accordance with law by the respondent No. 5/ The District Education Officer, Madhubani within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction to the respondent No. 5/ The District Education Officer, Madhubani.
