The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that wrongly the petitioner was given old age pension and later on she returned the entire amount which was paid to her which is reflected from deposit receipt dated 2.5.2016 (Annexure-3).

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Jail Sheela Devi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
