JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- " 1(i)For issuance of an appropriate writ, or order or direction commanding upon the respondent no.4 to make payment of honorarium to the petitioner, which has been arbitrarily withheld with effect from the date of joining, (i.e. date 17.02.2018) of the Petitioner as Anganbari Sewika of MiniAnganbari Centre No.97, within village Bijbani (Ward No.1), Block/Project- Bankatwa, Distt.- East Champaran, till the date."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12367 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
