JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner retied from his service on 30.9.2009. He prays for his retrial benefits.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation enclosing a gist of payment made to the petitioner vide Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner feels that some of the legal dues have not yet been paid, it will be open for him to file a representation before the concerned respondent with respect to his balance claim giving specific details.
