JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-01-2016 Petitioner has volunteered to assist the authorities to reconcile the accounts which has also led to institution of a criminal case against the petitioner for a huge advances for which vouchers to the extent have not been produced or adjusted. If that be so, let the petitioner appear before the Collector, Saharsa with a copy of this order and the Collector, Saharsa will direct the competent authority to sit down with the petitioner and derive help from him to help reconcile the accounts. If the accounts stand reconciled and nothing remains dues or outstanding for the period the petitioner was the Nazir of the district in question, authorization for payment of all his retiral dues will be made.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4011 of 2014 dt.30-01-2016 Writ application stands disposed of with the above liberty to the petitioner.
