2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons committed the murder of father of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is specific case of the prosecution that F.I.R. named accused persons committed the murder of deceased, whereas, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of statement of police spy. There is no direct or indirect evidence against this petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in three more cases of similar nature.

6. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
