The petitioner being the husband of the complainant is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43847 of 2015 (3) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 on the joint prayer of the parties vide order dated 15.09.2015 and it appears from the report of the Mediator dated 01.12.2015 at Flag 'A' that the issue has been resolved on certain terms and conditions.

The petitioner and the complainant are present before the Court.

It is submitted by learned counsels for the parties that the issue has been resolved and both are residing together.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 840C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
