The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Sections 498 (A) of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Munger.
In view of the report of Mediation & Conciliation Center, the dispute between the parties could not be resolved. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and in-laws.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53556 of 2016 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and on perusal of several paragraphs of the case diary, several witnesses have supported the allegation of demand, torture and assault against the petitioner and others.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
