2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is alleged that the petitioners along with accused persons named in the FIR are involved in killing of daughter of the informant by setting the victim on fire after pouring kerosene oil on her.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no concern with the alleged occurrence and the are living separately from the deceased. It is further submitted that petitioner No.1 is Nanad and petitioner No.2 is Nandoshi of the complainant. They have no specific role in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioners are named in the FIR and there is specific allegation that they committed torture for dowry and later on killed the victim by setting her on fire.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the petitioners are relatives of the deceased, who died at her matrimonial house within seven years of marriage under unnatural circumstances, petitioner's prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
