The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that her daughter has been killed by the accused persons and her dead body has also been disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the husband of the deceased is in jail.
