ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. Considering that the Petitioner is a repeated offender, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with Excise Case No. 78 of 2015, Tr. No. 973 of 2015 pending before Sri Amarendra Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
