2. On 31.01.2018, the Court had recorded the following:

"2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 6, in which details of payment made to the petitioner have been stated. It has further been stated that an amount of Rs. 7,61,395/- has been deducted as the petitioner has not reconciled the same, but if the petitioner submits vouchers for the same, the amount for which he is able to satisfy the authorities shall be paid to him."

3. In terms thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.10041 of 2017 (7) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 submitted that liberty may be given to reconcile the amount before the authorities, after which payment be made of the deducted amount.

3. Learned counsel for the State reiterated the stand and submitted that in terms of the letter written to the petitioner dated 23.01.2018 by the respondent no. 6, the petitioner has been granted one month time to get the scheme completed.

4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid position, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in terms of the aforesaid letter dated 23.01.2018 and stand taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 6 that the petitioner may get back the amount deducted if he submits vouchers for the same.
