This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 420, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was distributor of Patanjali Ayurved Products. The parties were in business term. There is claim of due as well as counter claim.

Considering the aforesaid disputed fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
