The present application has been filed for quashing of the part of the condition of the bail order dated 14/07/2015, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Bettiah, West Champaran, in B.P.No. 2262 of 2015, arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.160 of 2015 to the extent of condition of deposit of rupees ten lacs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise the issue presently before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, with regard to modification of the condition incorporated in the bail order dated 14/07/2015, passed in B.P. No. 2262 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36690 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.
