This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 576 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 384 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was returning back from brick kiln, he was apprehended by some persons and they snatched a sum of Rs. 1700/- from him, however, one of them was arrested by the co-villagers whereafter he disclosed the name of the petitioners herein as the persons, who were his associates.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that upon

No.7680 of 2018(3) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 mere disclosure by the main accused person, who was apprehended by the villagers and handed over to the police, the petitioners herein have been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is no material in the case diary to connect the petitioners with the alleged crime. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 576 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) ajay gupta/- U T
