The petitioner seeks bail in Matihani P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

39.6 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from behind the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner or from premise of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2021. Investigation is complete.
