2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that he along with accused persons assaulted the informant on his head with farsa. There is delay of 9 days in instituting the first information report on 04.04.2019 for the alleged occurrence of 26.03.2019. Both the parties belong to the same family. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP for the State invites reference to the order dated 30.05.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in ABP No. 723 of 2019 in which it has been noticed that the injury report discloses linear fracture on left temporal region and linear fracture on occipital bone and the head injury is the grievous in nature.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
