2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 304 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have administered some injection to the mother of informant, as a result of which she died.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. The First Information Report has been lodged after a delay of three days without any plausible explanation. Further submission is that petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58512 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 not a doctor. No clinic is run by the petitioner. Petitioner is only a pharmacist, runs a medical shop for selling medicines as per medical prescription. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that without having requisite qualification and experience, treated the mother of informant, who after taking injection, died.

6. Having considered the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
