Patna High Court CWJC No.12297 of 2017 (4) dt.16-10-2017 Rajiv Nagar Digha, Patna A general notice has been issued by the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division Danapur for granting temporary electric connection to the person who has made such prayer for granting electric connection. In such view of the matter, there is no need to pass an order for giving electric connection. This Court has hope and trust that the authority will act as per its own commitment in terms of order dated 9.10.2017 for granting electric connection.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
