JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 467 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended while getting down from the Tata Sumo vehicle said to be stolen one.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said vehicle was not stolen one. One Ravi Kumar was owner of the vehicle in whose favour it was released. Moreover, no theft case was registered for the said vehicle. He is in custody since 18.8.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
