2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the mother and son causing them injuries because of land dispute and have tried to demolish a portion of their house.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within four weeks from today. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
