====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 121(A), 122, 124(A), 323, 325, 427, 385, 386 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16723 of 2019. As a matter of fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.01.201 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75797 of 2018,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15465 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 which is evident from Annexure-3 to the application. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 06.02.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.
