2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20094 of 2024.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been disposed of by this court vide order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20094 of 2024 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of this order and the Court below will
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60255 of 2024(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 consider the prayer of the bail of the petitioner in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.
4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 15.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20094 of 2024, be further extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20094 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
