Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail on 31.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9512 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks pending in the Court of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Complaint Case No. C.A. 1196 of 2014, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2795 of 2018(2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 of the petitioner as order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9512 of 2017 be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. C.A 1196 of 2014, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Katihar. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9512 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
