The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other accused persons having intercepted the informant and looted his belongings, including his car in which he was travelling and subsequently, the car was recovered by the police. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, inasmuch as neither any Test Identification Parade has been held nor any recovery has been made from the possession of

The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in two other cases, however, in the said two cases, the petitioner is not named as an accused in the F.I.R., however, he has been granted bail in the said two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.6.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018.
