2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners helped in providing rental house to the FIR named accused persons for doing business of cheating and doubling the promissory notes.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that as per the FIR there is no allegation of cheating against these petitioners or to be involved in the alleged business. They have got no concern with the accused persons.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54130 of 2023(2) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 for bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sarai Police Station Case No. 120 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
