Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Review petition filed by the petitioner bearing Review Case No. 212 of 2010 is pending before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the review petition is not maintainable.

Without going into the legal aspect whether the review is maintainable or not, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority to look into the matter and pass appropriate order on

Patna High Court CWJC No.11289 of 2017(2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 the review petition. If it is not maintainable, the Appellate Authority may pass order disposing of the review petition stating that review petition is not maintainable. The entire exercise in this regard must be completed by the Appellate Authority within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt production of a copy of this order.
