JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 31-10-2025 Following are the reliefs sought for in the present writ application:- "(i) For issuance of an order(s)/direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of writ of Prohibition for prohibiting the Respondent Authorities from shifting the building of the branch of LIC (Life Insurance
Patna High Court CWJC No.13543 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/3 Corporation of India) Office from Mahavir Tola, Ara, Bihar to the proposed address Shivganj, Ara, Bihar. Because the new proposed building is not fit for carrying out the works of LIC Office and is much vulnerable to Security Issues. If the Branch is shifted then it will cause a lot of problems not only to the Staff of the LIC but also to the Customers, LIC Agents and other associated Personnel where the Proposed building has been chosed by the Respondent Authorities arbitrarily without looking after the concerned issues of the associated Persons.
(ii) For issuance of further order(s)/direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to prepare a proper channel for finalizing the new building in order to satisfy with all the requirements of the LIC workers, Officials, Agents and all the connected people, where the Respondent Authorities should proceed for finalizing the building and shifting the Infrastructure only after the assurance and certification by the competent Authority that the Proposed Infrastructure will be avail to comply with the requirements of all the concerned Persons.
(iii) For issuance of any further

2. The issue in consideration is a matter of policy decision. We are of the considered opinion that there is no scope of interfering into such policy decision made by the competent authorities.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands dismissed.
