2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, registered in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of 8 gm of Brown Sugar from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that the alleged recovery of Brown Sugar like substance is just above the small quantity as per N.D.P.S. Act. Moreover, petitioner is a person of clean

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, NDPS Act, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court with a further condition that:- (i) One of the bailors shall be a resident of India.
