The petitioners have moved the Court for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned letter No.- 212 dated 13/02/2017 issued by the District Education Officer, Khagaria (Respondent No. 3) whereby and where under recall the memo No. 1753 dated 20/12/2016 issued by the then District Education Officer, Khagaria in which set aside the memo No.- 1753 dated 20/12/2016 and directed the petitioners so that to not discharging their duties on the post of Panchayat Teacher and further stop the payment of salary of the petitioners with effect from the memo No. -2247 dated 09/9/2016 issued by the District Programming Officer (Establishment) Education Department, Khagaria in which the Respondent No.-3 affirming the order dated 09/9/2016.
(ii) For further directed the Respondents to immediately pay the regular payment of salary of these petitioners."
3. The issue relates to stopping of salary of the petitioners on the ground that the certificate produced by them of passing the State Eligibility Test appears to be suspicious.
4. Having considered the matter, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents no. 3 and 4 to ensure that whatever verification is
