The petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner committed murder of his own brother. Informant is father of petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Informant is none else than father of deceased and petitioner and no reason has been assigned as to why he falsely implicate his own son.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
